Returns
Because NormalNot products are handmade to order we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are truly displeased with our product, we will refund your purchase within seven days of the delivery date.
If you ordered the wrong size, or if it doesn't fit, we will send you a one-time replacement at no charge. Just give the one that doesn't fit to a friend.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within seven days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can review the issue and correct the order. No replacements will be made after seven days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
We are sorry, but because of worldwide shipping schedules and site conditions at our suppliers, we cannot guarantee delivery times as indicated at checkout.
